About Us

Established in 1994 as a small mechanical workshop called "Bikecare", we soon realised that Newcastle was lacking a specialist tuning centre.
In 1998 we took a gamble and purchased a Dynojet model 150 inertia dynomometer which triggered a steep learning curve that has continued for 22 years! In 2002 the dyno was upgraded to a model 250 with an 'Eddy current' load cell, giving us the capability to 'Map' the first generation of Power Commanders. Since then we have continually upraded dyno hardware & software taking advantage of Dynojet's 'C3 Tuninglink' closed loop tuning technology that enables tuning of the Power Commander 3 & 5 in real time and also provides a data acquisition facility necessary for ECU remapping.
With continued experience utilising a variety of tuning products & software, we have provided our clientele with proven results that have taken over 22 years of dynotuning experience to achieve.

All suspension work with the exception of hard-chroming is carried out
in-house using quality parts & oils.
